carpets look like crap after the first year.fibers get all worn out, and then prospective tenants get grossed out looking at it, EVEN THOUGH these same prospective tenants would destroy the carpet just the same.stupid double standard.

We had someone reach out looking to see if we would be interested in a 6 month rental from an insurance company that they would potentially have someone stay for 6 months, with then 30 day notice month to month tenant at will if construction isn't finished in time.They mentioned working with insurance agencies and shows on Airbnb he has multiple reviews and properties, but that he had a contact reach out in my area where he doesn't have rentals.

The bathroom is getting partial new tile above the tub (I’m not sure how that will turn out looking but my contractor swears it is going to look fine. 90% of the original tile is fine the other 10% was moldy beyond being cleanable).
