I spent 5 years in the Marines in Hawaii, Okinawa, and korea before I got here. 

I'm a marine engineer by training who went to the USMMA at Kings Point.

Basically anywhere in Sonoma or Marin county. 

My guy Troy is there every day.X  Coast Guard  martial arts expert and like you can strike up a conversation with anyone.. then his lead guy is the no nonsense Marine no one is going to fool with him  LOL.. these areas are tricky..

Hey everyone,One of my best friends is an active duty Marine Corps officer and is a live and flip investor curently stationed in Santa Barbara, CA. 

I got out of the Marine Corps after almost 12 years of service this past May and my wife, Cristal, and I decided to make Charleston, SC our next home. 

I've been interested in real estate investing for several years, but didn't want to take the leap until life had settled down a bit (getting married, transitioning out of the Marine Corps, etc).
