I agree with the suggestion for the moment lens and I kickstarted for their new lens for my Google pixel coming out over the next two months.Regarding whether mobile photos can compete with DSLRs and lens and what not...IMHO yes to a certain extent.

You will still have some time after you serve the pay or quit notice to try to convince the tenant to pay rent and the notice itself sometimes will kick-start a tenant into paying.

@Tom Jimenez@Ramon Fyffe and Account Closed are referring to taking a participant loan from your 401k so that you can purchase real estate as opposed to actually investing your 401k into real estate.Lots of folks here on BP - service providers wanting to sell plans with the lure of "easy cash" and people who are simply investors - promote the participant 401k loan as a great kick-start for investing in real estate.

You completely ignore the option of small amount of leverage and the ability to use small amounts of leverage to kick-start your investing.I won't waste the time doing it here myself, but I would recommend that you sit down one day and run an analysis of the ROI benefits of 20-30% leverage; then compare those benefits to the risk of *only* having 70-80% equity in your properties.
