Recently, both CNN and CNBC released lists of their favorite financial apps (access the CNN list here and the CNBC list here).A few apps that we found interesting are:SavedPlus – Gives users the ability to transfer a percentage of every purchase into a savings account, making saving automatic.Simple – This online and mobile-only bank charges no monthly fees and provides robust budgeting tools and mobile money-transfer options.Spendee – Has a simple interface that gives users an at-a-glance way to monitor their budget.Wallaby – Helps maximize credit card reward potential by alerting users to which card to use when shopping.

Based on the half-dozen or so different brands with which we have interfaced {software control systems}, I'm not quite sure from where the hype about radiation is coming.

These posters will get my vote, because they are consistent with the way to interface with a new owner in this kind of circumstance.

Here are my lessons learned:Most of the functions can be handled via a web interface: advertising, rent, tenant screening, maintenance requests, applications and forms, etc.

Once you figure it out, and navigate through the often obtuse interfaces, you can get a lot of info.Every property has some sort of ID.

I like the interface and simplicity of rentechdirect.com.  

I have an android and the user interface isn't all that robust.

It looks like they have the best deal.It comes down to price, # of practice exams, and user interface, really.

I tried Booking.com - weak interface and really poor customer service.

Very easy to use and a nice interface.
