That style of learning and introduction to true industry catches my attention as having someone in the space that understands the space to bounce things off of and learn from seems to be the ideal way.I have through a handful of the webinars and follow up calls with different companies and they all basically pitch similar ideas and strategies.

My suggestion is to find some real estate industry surveys (via CBRE or others) and look for the MF cap rates in various cities/states/regions.

Most of the industry is blue collar work and some of our tenants have their rent paid by their corporate HQ, our all in cost for a new home there is $250k and we are bringing in $3k a month in rent and have had zero vacancies.
