Good morning BP Family,I  am currently working on an executive summary to assist me in my effort to display mycompany and invesfment opportunity offering in an effort to raise seed money, I wanted to know if anyone can shed any light to any executive summary templates for multifamily or geared toward multifamily software that I can use?

I expect a cash flow of 50K the first  year.My plan is to seed the account 20K from day one to cover any make ready/repairs.  

No reason not to plant that seed.     

Anything past a seed round on a venture company is likely out with this constraint and many areas of the country have many of their real estate projects excluded too.

@Robert Seed@John SemanchukRobert and John,I was actually referencing sourcing the containers from Charleston, but maybe we are onto something in that market.  

Could I just have the land leveled, add fill dirt as needed, and then seed it?

Just reaching out to different avenues and areas, and planting seeds all over to try and figure out how I can be successful in this business.
