Hey @Drew Clements ,From what I hear from Podio, they might be moving away from the contact fields in favor of separate contact apps.  

I know in San Clemente, where we are currently building a home; and are in the process of completing plans for submittal on 2 condos,(the house and condos are both great options for vacation rental properties) they are "vacation rental" friendly.

As you know on the house we are building in San Clemente, our son Michael drew those up in 3 days.

@Clement Familusi while @Patricia Steiner has a some useful info about quiet enjoyment it is not all on you,  be careful not to get in this fight.
