I am in the similar boat and planning to expand to other areas to scale up. 

The forums can be a great place to meet folks in similar boats to you, I'd also recommend checking to see if there's any in-person meet ups for your area as that can be a wonderful way to connect with others local to your region.

With no equity and negative cash flow from the get-go, I'd say if you want a hole to throw money into, get yourself a nice boat.

Hi BiggerPockets Community,I work on a boat for 28 days at a time and then have 14 days off.

I drag my boat down, put it in a slip on the river side behind the condo, but my wife can still walk across the street and spend the day reading under an umbrella at the beach.

So I am in the same boat as others when it comes to supplies.I leave a roll on the holder and one extra in each bathroom with the exception of the master which has 4 rolls plus the roll on the holder.
