I have 2 options to pay the few thousand to evict him along with his authorized roommate or Jack his rent enough to see if he was Bluffing me, when he tole me if I ever raise his rents, that he would leave!

It’s mostly bluffing but these situations often involve some bluffing on both sides so just get them out, hope for the best as far as damage goes, clean it up, say thank you for the lessons and move on.
