Hello Everyone,I heard someone mention that when she worked at a mortgage company, she noticed a lot of international investors from Australia, Canada, China - to name some of the countries - who invested here in the states. 

However here me out: I have completed law school (in Australia) and had some experience writing and examining deeds before.

Take that income, go to Australia, drink beer, get in a barfight, chase a kangaroo, wrestle a croc.

I was self employed and have spent the last 35 years living in Australia.  

I'm currently listening to the Grant Cordone 10x podcast and reading about Tampa neighbourhoods.Here in Australia I've been buying, flipping and holding SFRs and commercial properties in east coast regions and metro cities .

In that case it's an exhibit in furtherance of the growth of the relationship, which, by the time our next offering becomes available, will likely pass the test of pre-existing.

I was asked to come out to Australia to speak to groups in different cities on this subject because we have so many investors out of the country wanting to buy dealsI think it is interesting that I see so many local investors and other investors across the country on the fence, not sure, still waiting for the bottom to drop, doom and gloom etc.. basically either talking themselves out of doing a deal or doing analysis paralysis and the deal is gone before they even make a move.
