So what I am asking for is if you were looking for a mentee or interviewing one, what would you look for and what type of questions would you ask to see if this guy is serious and knows the concept behind Real Estate deals and a certain niche he decides to attack. 

I would reassess my plan of attack if I were you.

I'd love to talk with you about the 11 unit...we're trying to form the smartest plan of attack to finance something of this size. 

Admitting you would be willing to engage in criminal activity online will certainly make you liable for any vigilante attacks in your area. 

3rd floor condo is the key to this....you can do everything humanly possible in your unit, but unless the others do the same, you will never get rid of them...ever....In a condo environment, the attack has to be way wider than your unit and it will take more than a few days...probably a month or 2 at minimum.

Finally, while there are established ways to pierce the corporate veil of a Traditional LLC (and therefore seize the assets it holds), the Series LLC has not been directly attacked in over two decades.
