having an FHA before an conventional is not necessary.and good for you not using credit...trouble is that lenders need to see that you dont abuse the power when given it...it's ridiculous i know...

Account Closed, your forgot the folks with substance abuse problems and gambling addictions, and of course those who are really terrible landlords. 

I feel too much power either way the abusers will take over the system and the results will not be good for the American public at large.

It's bat sh*t crazy to build a business that would have to shut down if one of your employees quit on you, got hit by a bus, died, etc....
