We recently did an AirBNB remodel that also had a recording studio for a guy off Harding Pike near Sidco drive.

I am a pretty big fan of Pike Township and Washington Township for easy rentals.

The land is located on Sharpsburg Pike and is covered with trees.

Word on the street is to not put long term wealth into AIR BNB with all the new legislation coming down the pike.

Considering you have $35k+ in major CapEx coming down the pike, it's hard to see this as a good long term hold.

You'd walk away with $35k-ish in cash after paying off the note, and you could leverage that into a better cash flow property that didn't have such large expenses coming down the pike. 

The stretch along White Horse Pike has its pockets.
