@Karolina PowellGenerally, I would say your tenant pool in a the same submarkets will be the same, outside of single family rentals, which by default have "more" amenities than any multifamily (no one above of below, yard space, etc).  

With strict park rules, regulations, trash collection and yard maintenance will help attract higher end tenants.

I was there a couple weeks ago and saw numerous yard signs and billboards throughout the city promoting the approval.

They plant flowers, keep the yard nice, and I really enjoy them.
