If you think I am wrong, do the rehab yourself and sell post rehab.

Plus that absolves me of any wrongdoing,  not that they had a chance in charging me with any of those things but I'm making extra sure that won't happen.

I spoke to the landlord today and explained to him about the consequences about not abiding by the rules and he assured me that he wasn't aware of any wrong doing.
