Like do people drive .5 - 1.5 hrs to get to their workplace?  

Offer to sit open houses for agents (you can do this through your state Workplace group), attend eXp’s virtual and live training & networking events and of course work with your Mentor who should be able to best guide you.  

They also use the term access point which I suspect is a single LAN such that one unit equates to one access point in most cases but the term is not crystal Clear to me.We have not gotten past looking into StayFi.  

Don't listen to a brokerage pitch, they are all generally the same - our marketing is excellent, we are the leader in the area, look at our website and partnerships - they all have that.Cloud brokerages, in general, are better for independent self-starters, but the con is you will be on Facebook Workplace trying to network and won't have an office to go to.

It is near my home and workplace.

It's kind of like Workplace for brokerages, a hellbent disaster with no value.

Cloud brokerages only care about their agent count in reality so once you sign on, your access will be in Workplace, so as a new agent without an office, it can feel like a vortex.
