It usually doesn't need as many coats to finish the project and the quality of paint serves you much better in terms of mitigating smell, wear and tear over time, wash-ability etc.

In a VR, you need to wash every single fabric thing that's washable every time you change guests.  

What I like about this paint is:1) its washable (If there is some dirt I will just wet paper towel and wipe it, and there will be no stains, looks like new)2) When I have to do touch ups it blends in well, it does not look like I have to match it.

The price of these have come down a lot in the past couple of years and the ceramic paint is very washable and most have mildew protection for using in kitchens and baths.

Another is washable paint which allows you to wipe wall surfaces down with warm soapy water versus repainting everything.

I use egg shell , it is washable.

It is very washable though, so it is a good choice for rentals. 

@Jason Crain Eggshell will give it more washability than a flat finish.

Hi @Andy Basler,I would buy two washable, reusable filters for every HVAC unit.  

So picked them off the deal.The paints are high gloss ( washable) for kitchen recommended.
