If you don't have VAs or don't have other owners involved, it might be all you need. 

You have to kiss a lot of frogs to succeed so you need to be money ready and have VAs.2.

Now I just stick with a team of VAs that do my calls and lead generation and I handle all of the acquisition and dispo. 

I've never heard of him so I am not sure he can be classified as renowned and respectable, but saying that makes it sound like this is a reverse troll ad for the company and now VAs are going to come in to say how good it is so we will keep an eye out for that.If this is real, why do you think you need to pay for this class right now?

If you see multiple posts a day, it's definitely worth speaking up about like @Nathan Gesner mentioned.At the end of the day, these "trolls, the cut and pasters, and AI posters" don't win in the long term....All sites or groups that grow experience the same issues with moderation (see Facebook groups), but VAs can't moderate because they are doing a letter of the law thing and not reading these garbage posts for what they are - spam, AI, number puffing, and cut and pasting, self-promo.

I know if we operated short term rentals I would need additional VAs plus it would be more headache for the team. 

How much do you pay your VAs?

They would be managing 4 to 5 cabins, and I would be setting my daily rates dynamically to maximize occupancy, so this would be a consistently significant workload for the VA(s).

I am in the works of creating systematized courses for VAs designed to make the onboarding process easier for when I bring them onto my team.
