Ask them to update your photos and put your best foot forward.If the market is doing well and your PM is marketing poorly, then you have a case for complaint and/or moving to a new manager.

Obviously some are worse than others, but man, the Realtor in the photo below is comically bad.

You know many of these door handles will unlock with a "Paperclip" (see video).Unless you put some type of front door lock on the bedroom.
