I recently attended the monthly local REIA meeting here in South Florida, and noticed a truck at the meeting that had a number to call about RE investment trainee position.

Things are a little more grey than in unsecured lending where it's black and white.Now, after a few years in the auto loan area, the bank needs a trainee in the real estate department.

I was wondering if there's any newbie investor who want to network in NY (queens, L.I, Brooklyn, NY city) whatever strategy is fine. so let me know. also anyone want to have a trainee. let me know .thanks guys

Big companies will send their junior staff or trainees, so you'll get more with a smaller consulting company.

it is my understanding right now that once you complete the USPAP for your trainee license, that it is next to impossible to get a licensed appraiser to take you on given the general real estate market today.

Trainees, yes. 

It looks like a template the wholesale gurus provide their "trainees".

From the little I know, it seems to lean heavier towards a full time role, especially in the trainee period which would be 2 years in the wonderful state of TN, which from what I could tell would be under my current pay.

I've made a few calls to different firms but no one is taking on trainees at this time.

Curious if any certified appraisers who are willing and available to allow a trainee to shadow them?
