I was wondering what features the Encode has that Kwikset Halo touchscreen does not support?  

I have the Honeywell 9000 color touchscreen ones at multiple properties. 

I would like a touch screen display and high RAM is necessary for speed. 

For those that cant read just zoom in, if you have a touch screen.

May be the same for Windows 8 touch screens, I don't know.There are still no avatars, stats, and no way to either vote or see votes.

You can be thrifty on the other stuff.I have Honeywell 9000 wifi color touchscreen thermostats.

@Dylan KatzI would look at Kwikset 99390-004 Halo Wi-Fi Smart Lock Keyless Entry Electronic Touchscreen Deadbolt Featuring SmartKey Security, Iron BlackThis gives you both the ability to use code entry but also allows you to rekey the lock when the tenant moves out.

-Keyboard: As you said, bluetooth keyboards are a thing so this is less of a differentiation lately, but I absolutely would not rely on a touch screen only for business usage.
