I don't see an exact location in the OP, but if this is even remotely considered rural, you are adding another LTV reduction. 

Another idea is to partner with someone who is located in PR and better understands the market. 

There are about 3-5 locations that are grandfathered in.

Hey Tre,i'm not sure where you work or if you have a preference for location but i have a brokerage buddy who just locked up a househack in Athol.

All situations are specific to individuals.Our best wishes and empathy go out to those LA individuals and communities.It’s been about 6 years since one of our storage locations was flooded for about 4 months.  2 feet over the roof.
