In regards to refrigerators, what is everyone's opinions about GE, LG and Samsung?

That being said, and this is not for a sourcing homes for sale, but to source accredited investors in my line of work, the average marketing agency is looking at about $30-50/accredited investor lead setting up a call. 

Investment property is all about the numbers.

None of the other tenants have mentioned anything about hot water running out, but this tenant says she used to have enough hot water to bathe herself and her dog, and now it runs out after about 10 minutes.

I have a few questions about permits in the metro Atlanta area and particularly Gwinnett county.
