that is more a RV park. the MBH parks down here. we typically own the land, lot, and trailers. there is a reason but long story short, if i just own the lot and they dont pay the fee. i do not have the biggest teeth to push the need for my money. but if i own it all, my experience says it is a better path

@Grace Chee The process for this is time sensitive, you should have gotten a TRIM notice around late August, early September.

Was a huge waste of time pulling teeth with their irrelevant document requests and moved on.

Which based on the gnashing of (mostly “frugal” REI) teeth, was the lowest in the industry (for most of you, especially with multiple, active accounts).I have my IRA, HSA, and CESA accounts (more on Solo’s shortly) with Quest.

I have yet to have a guest ask for a refill or mention the quality (I tried to pick a nice-looking, not-too-expensive brand).Be careful with the scents -- I had a run of people pulling out and hiding the scents and one or two people complained that they were scent-sensitive in private notes. 

If you know your target market and believe they truly wouldn't care (or be impacted- especially if it's very price-sensitive), you're probably fine with less.

Also, townhomes are a great bridge property, it's a common trend that those in townhomes are aspiring for home ownership meaning credit sensitive and with that right mindset.
