It is not the Dems engaging in voter suppression.  

Doubt things stay linear, but we need market suppression for at least 2 quarters and/or into non-peak times during RE--at minimum 2 quarters.

The supply of new construction continues to flood the market suppressing rents massively.

It came up when I told him about fire suppression and alarm systems I was having inspected at one of his commercial properties that I manage.

If income is suppressed, and you're taking 50%, the expenses are going to be low as well.

Fire suppression, fire walls needed, Sewer/Water/bathrooms/electical breakout, etc  Determine cost effectiveness.

Also, in Manchester (currently) if you add a third unit you will be required to add a sprinkler system for fire suppression, which is enormously expensive.  

As of right now I am in just saving $$ mode since I will probably need to pay around 10k for a fire suppression system in the property as well as the initial 6k for inspection and state approval.
