hard to compare both exactly but I would say we may be higher on the scale overall than many areas (and maybe moving on up further after this morning and this afternoon)

By Monday afternoon, another investor had already swooped in, met with the seller, and closed the deal.

I’m obvi biased, but Denver is a very friendly sunny city with world class skiing, mountain biking, hiking, etc.
