These guys had regular C class stuff - TV, PS2, shoes, tons of furniture and housewares, framed artwork (kind of cool - worthy of being on office walls), electronics, tons of clothes (saw a vintage 1980s G&R shirt in there which was cool), baby clothes, new stroller, crib, and a super nice Italian dress coat that fits me so I'm taking that to the tailor to have fitted.

So far, I've not heard of fraudsters setting up an entire fake title company branch, so if you walk in and it feels like a title company and has a bunch of middle aged women in cubicles typing away and talking away on landline phones, with other couples and babies in strollers hanging out in the front waiting area type place, it's probably a title company.

I used to wait on the sidewalks till near the end to prevent damage but I hated seeing moms with strollers trying to traverse the busted up old sidewalk or dirt and chunks of rock.
