Like deferred maintenance, (bad roof, worn out water heater/AC Unit, warped flooring, water damage) etc, unpaid utilities,  unpaid taxes, a second loan, unpaid HOA fees, a bad pool, bad reputation, sometimes squatters, sometimes they were drug houses, and so on.

A mass shooting occurred tonight on the street next to the street where the property is located, leaving nine people shot and one dead.

No treatment for drug abuse available?

That does not exist on wall street without an insane amount of risk and volatility.
