Hey BP community, wanted to know if any of you have any good resources that clearly map out laws/stipulations of operating an air bnb out of a property in Westchester, NY?

I signed a contract stipulating that the full funds, with interest, were to be returned to me by October 1, 2024.

If it is not spelled out in the agreement, then they're abiding by the stipulated scope and your gripe may be with an unknown expectation or one which was not ironed out from the start.

Owners are able to list their personal contact information, but I believe there is a stipulation that the contact must be local to the property4.

The all-in podcast was just talking about this and govt bureacracy and how nothing will be affordable as long as we have a government that has so many people creating crazy stipulations that make nothing easy or affordable.

You do have to live in it for a certain period of time as a stipulation. 

Because your premise suggests that you are still paying back the original mortgage at the stipulated amortized amount, plus paying back that second portion that you borrowed additionally!

I am NOT accredited (a stipulation I think is BS BTW).

You end up working with a lot of investors who buy from you to get the low payment without the stipulations and process of a conventional loan.

I've had the opportunity to see what the Attorney's version of the NoD looks like so if there was a situation where the borrower just needed their feet held to the fire and I didn't anticipate a need to go down the Foreclosure path, I feel comfortable sending an NoD letter myself, certified mail with noted stipulations to cure and outcome if not cured.
