It will be a little trying for 6 units to use - they're slower because they do both washing & drying - but that would be way better than expecting tenants to drag wet laundry around.

My thought is that it's too small except maybe for a single person, and it takes a long time to dry with those ventless models....I'd either go with a real stacked unit or just tell them where the Laundromat is.....Hi Bruce.

So like I am not going to run out and buy a bunch of lots in Lehigh acres or coral gables FLA which is saturated with new builds and un finished new builds were the  FOMO got going big time and builders have failed to execute and left investors high and dry.
