From updated tenant rights laws to shifting zoning regulations, staying compliant can feel like a moving target.

Tenant is profusely sorry and stays in contact, but that does not pay the mortgage.

That doesn't surprise me about NJ, knowing what I do as a person who's lived in the tri-state area for 25+ years, especially since becoming a father and coming to truly appreciate what NJ has to offer offer.

No brainer to stay there if I was looking in that area.

I am now looking to buy my second rental but I have been looking at single families because the deals seam to be decent. the prices are surprisingly cheap over there for a single family averaging about 200k.
