I'll give you some numbers for the MTRs we manage in Los Angeles.1-2 bedroom MTRs stays are 1-3 months3+ bedroom MTRs stays are 3-6 months, but often start less than 3 months and extend their stayMTR marketing falls in 2 buckets.

But if it's an RV park near a lake or tourist destination, then an RV or 2: yes.There is no draw to travel somewhere just to stay in an RV....I whole heartily agree there is no draw to travel somewhere just to stay in an RV.The RV parks I've seen that have fixed RVs for rent look like low end MH parks.

@Cody Lewis one strategy you can try is a discount for longer stays (ie 10% off for 5 nights or more; 15% off 7 nights or more).

There are executives that go to the Thousand Oaks area and need a place to stay. 

I have a guy who has been here since July, but I renew his short term stay for two weeks at a time, every two weeks.
