Sorely understaffed.

Here are some things that should jump out like a sore thumb:1.

A Heloc is loan that can become a sore thumb if not used correctly and can hurt the property it's on and the users credit.If you are going to use the funds for a down payment then a Cash out refinance is what you want to do to get the cash in hand. 

We don’t feel great about it for various reasons, namely it’s a liability, an eye sore, and we don’t know of all the problems this could present.Has anyone had this happen?

I am specifically interested in housing women who struggle with eating disorders.

Your muscles will be sore every day, you will see people doing much better than you, and you will constantly fail.

I finally got my inherited semi detached SFH (C+ working class neighborhood) ready to rent out but the attached house sticks out like a sore thumb and I believe the tenants do it on purpose as a deterrent and intimidation factor. 

We experienced low energy, brain fog, sore throats, headaches, unexplained cough, and more every day for the year we lived there.
