Private money (like true private money) may not be a bad play either, just make sure you trust the individual you're working with. lots of scammers out there.

Then when it’s sold everyone gets out.

I have sold a lot of property and I always call the county assessors to make sure they’re caught up with rezoning reassessing.

Hi Allen, there are plenty of hard money/private money lenders here on BP, just take your time and speak with several of them to understand all the fees and requirements.

Even after the split in early 2018, you continued to promote NB Private Capital deals (up until Dec 2020).It’s also misleading that you state “Once COVID hit the industry, we no longer represented student housing from any of our sponsors.”
