Given that, I changed to getting pre-cut SIP panes and building myself.

Some of them are failing miserably and of course blaming everyone or everything else but themselvesYes, to us, it's obvious who is BS and who is not, but many investors want to be pitched the easy way so they sip that guru juice.

(as I sip my morning coffee!). 

I know I'm fashionably late to the party (sips glass of bourbon).

Hiking, heck I could be sipping a pina colada on the beach while these leads are streaming in.

I love the self determinism of being an operator and I love all the things (well,most of the things) related to income properties.The key here is to not expect to be sipping cocktails on the beach as a RE investor unless you manage to scale out pretty large.

I like “Sips”, they’re approved for our area ,go up quick minus inspections, etc.

I'll continue pondering this question while sipping some wine. :)

That said I wasn't sure how to take that...maybe they posted something and got the pants sued off of them and they cant run their website, or maybe they became so good, they sold their company for $$$ and are sipping margs on a beach somewhere now. 

This is active, no matter how much you want to believe that you can hire a property manager and go sip Mai Tais, it's just not going to be the case.
