Side tracking question from a newbie...  

I suspect you are letting yourself get sidetracked with investing and aren't looking that hard. 

@Blair Poelman,I am looking to get into wholesaling and throughout my research and analysis on all of the properties that I am finding to be "good deals", I instantly get sidetracked (which may not really be sidetracked) and start looking to see how I can pursue it for myself.

@David Krulac  not to side track but I think that's what I do best on BP.... most of the railroad easements in our area were owned by logging companies.. and they are recorded rights of way.but your right railroads are about as tough as they come to negotiate with.we have a 160 lot subdivision going and there is a railroad between us and the main road.. you would think easy we just cross it etc..

It's easy to get sidetracked in this business with all the different types of lead sources.  

Work on each Milestone, in order, and Don't get sidetracked by "shiny objects of distraction" that takes you away from your path. 

I got sidetracked running my business and ultimately lost touch with my long term goal of REI.

I apologise for the caps...its just that we get sidetrack by sometimes going into the irrelevances of political discourse, instead of practical suggestions, which i beleive is the focus of this forum....so if I iritate anyone...pls accept my sincere apology
