We bought a condo in Oxford Mississippi in May of 2022 - our son goes to school at Ole Miss so this was a way for us to have a place when we visit but also make it a short-term rental.

What I mean by that is you need to understand loan to value restrictions and seasoning periods (just means waiting period) for the cash out loan on the new property. 

Great question - the seasoning period typically begins the day that you purchased the land.
