Haven't walked a property in years and just did one with my team a few weeks ago.I forgot the thrill of seeing these things derelict and then fixing them up.What a pleasure to see the transformation.What started as a simple dream for me of moving to the US and buying, fixing, holding a few properties and moving back to Australia turned into thousands of rehabs, many companies, staff and monsters with 17 heads lolIt's nice going back to the basics of how it all began.Just simply checking out distressed properties, negotiating, buying and fixing them up.Ahhhh, the good old days 🙏

You definitely need a summer house to get out of Vegas since it's just the surface of the sun in the summer. well having been in RE 50 years and been through 3 major RE value resets with the GFC the monster one..

For me I've come to feel that we deal with people not robots, so they will do things.

Answer because as stated above nothing is more profitable than high end paid training.. you dont need to buy any real estate.. just have a monster marketing spend and off you go.

Sure, some people bought Monster Beverage Corporation when it was a penny stock, but buying penny stocks, like D class properties is high risk. 

Just like when you call a big company and a robot answers your questions, but you have such a specialized question that requires a professional's input.

Robots can not go in the comps and compute how they compare to subject property.

The gantry-type printeres are costly and hard to transport, so I was considering robotic arm types.
