Hi Everyone,I’m investing in an essentially turnkey (it was a flip) MFH in Woonsocket, RI and wanted to get your take from anyone who has experience in the city.I know the city has a bit of a reputation, but it’s in the Fairmount neighborhood that tends to be quite good.

Also got experience with SCRA, Floodways, Slide Areas, Non Conforming Properties, Historic Homes, SMA, Drug Houses, Arson, ADU's, Squatters,  lots of Pandora's Boxes in Hawaii -  For newbies, its good to get some adult supervision on your first few flips/renovations. 

I recently came across a property on Gatsby Investments and I'm wondering if anyone has had a bad experience investing with them and if it is reputable company.

I honestly never recommend them to my clients and would prefer to go with a more reputable engineering firm that does site visits, documentation, and photos.

This a was a deteriorated house on my street that was previously occupied by a drug dealer.

Or does anyone have a recommendation for a reputable online cost seg for my 400k duplex?

If you’re considering other custodians, I recommend focusing on those with a strong reputation for consistent customer service, transparent fees, and ease of account management.
