That's wonderful.Your state requires 72 hours of Real Estate education. 

That's awesome, congrats on successfully purchasing your first out of state property and finding a great agent!

The one disadvantage I've heard about having yourself a Real Estate Agent license is that as an agent/investor, your first fiduciary responsibility is to your buyer.
