If you have to provide negativity with your comment, then please refrain from commenting This is my personal opinion but nothing he said was negative.

Then, if you like some of the comments from a user, you can connect with them directly and perhaps do a 1:1 discussion and potentially discuss what you want to do in the future.

There is a big difference in how those are handled  HAHA I just saw a post and commented where the person wanted to ask if they should overpay for a home because they can get is seller financing.

I guess I don't know how lucky we are to have found our property management after hearing all the comments. 

I have talked to tons of investors recently and everyone says the Zillows interface is the worst, but it is just a side comment and we keep going on to the next conversation. 

Any comments or ideas?

Also there is a new thing called "novation" and I am not an expert on this and can't comment on it.

Has anyone here closed an actual deal with Elite Funding Group LLC or have any comments on their upfront fee request?
