If you're out West near @Daniel Mills, I hope you haven't been too seriously effected by the recent quake and rains.  

In my current two cases, one is a wrought iron fence and the other is a newer fence I want to keep.

The difficulty with the railing options is the current post is wrought iron.

The market is probably not going to do too well with the volcano eruptions...no...not for the lava threat...but the volcanic ash-smoke and earth quakes (which can cause damage too).My guesses with regard to the market on the Big Island.

I like wrought iron and rustic furniture myself, so I probably wouldn't like the modern furniture you would most likely be putting in your pre-decorated houses.
