@Calvin Thomas INTERNET TROLL is someone who intentionally posts inflammatory, irrelevant, or offensive comments online to provoke or upset others.

This was a thought provoking question for myself, I don't have a seller interested in seller-finance but want to bring it to the table if it makes sense.

I was hoping that someone would find it thought-provoking at least, even though they may not agree.I do think that financing may prove challenging if you're going for that.
