There are so many agencies protecting tenants—who’s protecting landlords?

Nothing builds credibility more than telling your lender that they are protected with loan documents you got from a stranger off a website.  

This is advertised as a “protected” note as Aloha is supposedly fronting the first $100k in the line of loss.
