I am a former real estate agent but much of the reason I transitioned to wholesaling is because it felt that the process has a lot more freedom.

They all guided me through the process and were very patient as I worked through a process that was all new to me. 

Most investors focus on finding buyers first when it is all the way toward the end of the process.
