You can’t help some things, and I think it sets a bad prescient.

Boom and Bust cycles are the norm, not the exception...Bubbles are everywhere and it benefits those who are prescient to see the big picture.

I would really like to get a pool guy out to look at the vinyl liner, but HUD's people at Prescient are stating they won't remove the cover.Has anyone run into this predicament?

I would ask for more security at the very least.That said - the good news is that with the tech industry growing in Durham (just today, software/manufacturing company Prescient announced it is moving from Denver to Durham) and the city getting younger all the time, I think the rental market is primed to get a whole lot better in the coming years.
