All of their products are Dutch-interest and their highest leverage option is a 1st position with a 2nd position loan wrapped with it to get to higher leverages.

The truth is, over the last few years, many of these people are barely cashflowing at all and the default rate with the banks on this product is skyrocketing.

This is limiting my options.I have never utilized the multifamily lending products offered by Fannie, Freddie, etc., so I would be interested to a) hear other BP members' lender recommendations for this sized property and also b) other members' experiences working with Fannie, Freddie, etc.
