Having been spending time in New York our friends introduced to the Hipster Phenomena .driving over the Manhattan Bridge there was a giant line of traffic to get into Williamsburg.

It's a macroeconomic phenomena that effcts all markets, and is influenced by domestic, as well as global macroeconomic circumstances. 

I have started and am running a new service in my company for helping property owners and landlords take advantage of the short-term rental phenomena!

This phenomena will then further impact the price of rent in gentrified areas or lead to Millennials and Gen Y (without children) moving into cheaper parts of the City where they can buy.

An interesting phenomena… The more you fall, the fall seems to get shorter each time… And, the faster you can pick yourself back up!

Yes, I know this doesn't factor in repairs and other phenomena which may occur.

If anyone can explain this phenomena, I am all ears. 

For example, Moore's law or more accurately the phenomena it pertains to has been highly beneficial to the vast majority affected by it (them).

Certainly the risk is calculated and I did my due diligence, but the gamble of it all comes from the forces and phenomena I have no control over"   Good Luck to all and don't be afraid to fail, those who learn from their mistakes and continue to push forward will succeed.
