In each instance, fault was on person B (Yourself in this scenario) and NOT on person A who the tree trunk was on there property but limbs overhanging neighbors, AS LONG AS they had readily allowed and made no conflict to person B cutting out/down whatever was projecting onto there property line.

Plus his on air persona is a likable guy who seems to genuinely want to help (maybe he did start off that we, we have no way of knowing).

We sent this person a 30 day an started putting up the property on the MLS.

I'm in the camp of get help from a real person as opposed to listen to more podcasts and read these threads.I'll agree that you need to be very cautious with a "Program".

You might have more luck attempting to call or meet them in person as opposed to sending out a generic mass e-mail.

You might be able to find a local lender near you and meet them in person as well. 

The first person as a mentor/consultant sounds great, but I would make sure you know what you are doing before you take on a financial partner.

I think so many of these responses are based on made up hypothetical’s and not real life, I don’t think the vast majority of people are out to marry someone only for money & I certainly don’t think you want to get married assuming divorce but in the real world life is long people can be married for decades and something can change people can grow apart, you can even have a contentious divorce where getting the money becomes as much about hurting the other person as getting the money itself, I don’t think there should be any shame in making that even in a good marriage that if you grow apart you don’t put yourself in financial jeopardy.

I would highly recommend joining some of the many meetups and networking events in Austin for real estate investors, very valuable exchanges of ideas in person as well
