This nation, although founded by Christians who fled persecution, put separation of church and state as one of the first basic foundation.This country boundaries are located further away from the bible belt.

I agree that this is fraud and they should be persecuted and given free housing in prison to reflect.

See, my fear is that I pitch this to a seller, and then the buyer defaults and seller comes at me with legal persecutions. 

James: Generally, the law does not obligate you to rent to the first applicant but of course that can open you up to discrimination suits; there are always people who have a persecution complex and want to act on that.

Not surprising since you're talking about a culture that someone has been trying to kill/persecute/oppress at every point in history I can think of.

Nothing was ever said about persecution of any group -- Jewish or otherwise.

The inquisition was a Christian event as much as the Jewish persecution and execution of the orginial Christians was a Judaism event.

Not sure how strongly they would try to persecute err I mean prosecute over something like that in Cali.I think you pretty much have three choices:1) Get your license and risk the fears you stated.2) Not get your license and continue to not be able to monetize those leads.3) Not get your license make an arrangement with an agent that is most likely going to be at least technically illegal.

There are states that are cracking down on wholesalers and will persecute.
